It is important for you to order 2 week ahead of when you need your items. Printed items may take a few extra days for production so the sooner your order is in, the sooner it gets to you. Currently we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries which means turnaround is slower. The average turnaround is about 5-7 business days. Keep in mind that TPMD is only open Monday-Thursday 9AM-2PM (CST).
In response to the high demand we have raised some of our pricing. Please note that new rush services are as follows $75 for same-day service but this must be purchased before 12 p.m. (cst) to be applied to same date. If purchased after 12 p.m. the request will be processed the following business day at the same rate. For 48hr proofs the fee is now $45. These must be added to your order or they will not be applied. The new rates will go into effect on 10/01/21.
We want to kindly remind you if you are paying via cashapp to send your payment as quickly as possible after placing your order. We work on a strict no pay no work policy, so if there is a delay in payment there will be a delay in production.

Here at The Method Design/The Party Method we pride ourselves in giving our best to our clients. In order to do so we have to operate by certain rules. Below you will find our policies and procedures. It is important that you respect how our business operates so we can serve you with the best customer service and products. · Our turnaround is currently 5*7 business days, business days are our office hours which are Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM CST. After you receive your proofs there may be an additional 3 business days to wrap up your project or to receive your products. Items that require printing may need additional days for production. Keep that in mind when ordering -- if you need rush service please select that on your product to ensure a timely response.
· We are not responsible for proofreading or editing grammar on any content. When proofing designs please be diligent at making sure all content is spelled correctly, and there are no errors. We try our best but we are human.
· Once the order has shipped from our facilities we are not responsible for it's timely delivery. We ship most items through Fedex and there are sometimes instances (weather, human error, etc) out of hands that may cause delays. Keep this in mind when order printed products.
· We do not provide refunds, but issue store credit in some instances. Situations will be assessed at The Method Design's discretion.
· We ask that you completely fill out the form associated with your order as much as possible. The more information you provide the less back and forth there will be in the starting phase. This means a faster proof for you.
· Our office hours are set so that we can maintain a healthy balance at home and in the office. Please respect these hours when messaging us on social media. If we do not reply immediately be patient and we will be back to you as soon as possible.
